Digital Accessibility Statement

Southcentral Foundation is dedicated to ensuring digital equity, access, and inclusion for all customer-owners, visitors, and members of the communities we serve.

Our Commitment

At Southcentral Foundation, relationship-based care extends to our digital environment. We believe that everyone should have equal access to healthcare information, outpatient resources, portal credentials, and telehealth services. We actively work to maintain, review, and enhance the user experience of our platforms for people of all abilities.

To achieve and maintain these accessibility goals, our design, development, and editorial teams participate in continuous training and perform regular automated and manual diagnostic testing to identify and resolve accessibility barriers.

Accessibility Standards

WCAG 2.1 AA Compliance

We design and develop our digital platforms to strictly conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.

Screen Reader Compatibility

Our HTML structure utilizes modern semantic markup, correct landmark roles, and descriptive ARIA attributes to ensure seamless reading for JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver.

Keyboard-Only Navigation

Every interactive element, form input, and navigational dropdown can be fully accessed and operated using standard keyboard controls.

Color Contrast Standards

We enforce high visual contrast ratios across all text elements, buttons, and decorative cultural divider patterns to ensure readability for low-vision customer-owners.

Ongoing Enhancement & Feedback

While we strive to ensure every webpage, document, and portal link is fully accessible, we recognize that digital environments are dynamic. Some legacy PDF files, historical video transcriptions, or third-party scheduling components may still present limitations. We are actively working to modernize these elements.

If you encounter any difficulty accessing information, navigating our website, or using any of our interactive tools, please let us know immediately. We take your feedback seriously and will work to provide the resources you need through alternative means.
