The Family Wellness Warriors Initiative (FWWI) is a grass-roots, sovereign movement designed by and for Alaska Native people. We believe that true healing begins when we have safe spaces to share our stories, acknowledge past pain, and co-create pathways for relational wellness.
By integrating tribal doctor practices, modern clinical knowledge of trauma, and peer-to-peer relationship mentoring, we empower individuals to step forward as wellness leaders within their families and villages.
- ✓Sovereign, culturally grounded trauma prevention frameworks
- ✓Empowering individuals to end intergenerational cycles of abuse
- ✓Coordinated workshops active in both urban and rural communities
