Request prescription mail-out refills and monitor your active prescription status using the **My MobileRX** app, available in the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Simply download the app, enter our pharmacy zip code **99508**, select **Alaska Native Medical Center**, and scan your prescription QR code or enter the prescription number directly.
Refill & Pickup Methods
Mail-Out Services
Refill medications through our Refill Hotline (907-729-2117) and have your prescriptions delivered directly to your home within seven days. No need to visit the clinic.
Secure Pharmacy Lockers
Located near the ANPCC 1 West lobby. Access your prescriptions securely from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, including weekends and holidays. Simply enter your scan code and birth date.
Mat-Su Curbside Pickup
Customer-owners in the Matanuska-Susitna Borough can contact the BNPCC Pharmacy at 907-631-7660 to schedule a fast, convenient curbside pickup of active medications.
In-Clinic Pharmacy Pickup
Visit the pharmacy check-in window directly inside the Anchorage Native Primary Care Center or Benteh Nuutah Primary Care Center for on-site pickup and pharmacist consultation.
