Nuqali — meaning "to learn and grow" in Yup'ik — is Southcentral Foundation's dedicated center for spreading relationship-based care principles to health systems worldwide.

About the Center

Where health systems come to learn what's possible.

Since the early 2000s, health system leaders from more than 50 countries have traveled to Anchorage to learn how Southcentral Foundation transformed a failing, fragmented system into a globally recognized model of excellence. The Nuqali Learning Center formalizes that tradition into structured, high-impact learning experiences.

Programs are led by Southcentral Foundation faculty — practicing clinicians, executives, and customer-owners who have built and refined the Nuka System from the inside over decades.
