Accessibility Aids
SCF provides free aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us, such as qualified sign language interpreters and written information in alternative formats (large print, audio, electronic).
Filing a Grievance
If you believe that SCF has failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex, you can file a grievance with our Compliance Coordinator.

Step 1: Contact Compliance Office

Step 2: File Federal Civil Rights Complaint
You can also file a civil rights complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights, electronically through the Office for Civil Rights Complaint Portal, or by mail/phone.
Step 3: Access Support & Review
Grievances are investigated thoroughly within 30 days, providing complete written assessments and operational resolution updates to customer-owners.
